Although the subject of this cartoon may seem obscure, the Union Carbide toxic disaster that killed 15,000 in Bhopal, India two decades ago is still burned into our collective memory. The cartoon, for a toxics-action nonprofit, calls attention to the fact that Warren Anderson, the ex-CEO of the company reponsible for the tragedy, is still a fugitive from the law.
